Sharing is the Hardest Part

For most, the hardest part of Thought Leadership is sharing. To share an idea, a thought, a POV - all of which are Thought Leadership - takes courage and an environment that inspires said courage.

The excuses to not share are infinite: busy-ness, procrastination, perfection, fear, etc. And as novelist and poet Erica Jong has so-well stated: “Everyone has talent. What’s rare is the courage to follow it to the dark places where it leads.”

To us, “dark” is the “unknown” - and it is the unknown where our fear of sharing lives.

It is through venturing into the unknown, however, that our organizations, teams, and communities will unlock growth, nurture culture, and ignite personal development.

At OUTKOM CATALYST, we believe everyone has unique ideas, thoughts, and POVs, and in turn, we believe everyone is a Thought Leader. Our goal through this belief is to create an environment that is rooted in trust, openness, and belonging - an inspiring environment that catalyzes a tsunami of ideas that are shared and built upon by all.

And it is this core belief - We Are All Thought Leaders - that unites teams through strategy to ignite game-changing growth.
